Training-based means the training doesn't stop at the door

Everything we do is focused on good behavior, and every interaction is closely supervised by staff and is training-based. Even if your pup is not currently enrolled in our camp program, we're still working on all of the commands, good manners, great walking habits and proper socialization that makes a good dog a great dog.

And just like our training programs, we use no pain methods, and we do not bribe with treats. Instead we build your dog's confidence by maintaining consistency with love, pets and praise.

Your dog comes home as good as they left — or better

Our goal is always to return a pup to you that's as good if not better than when you dropped off, and that includes health and wellness. We record and chart everything from bodily functions to feeding and medication — or just cute photos of your pup.

A manager is always on the floor, so we can give you an update whenever you want one. Send us an email and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Every dog gets their own kennel

Your pup is assigned their own kennel for the whole stay, sanitized thoroughly before and after their visit, just like a hotel room.

Because we work with a variety of dogs, we make sure your pup socializes with dogs of similar size, age and temperament. Your pup will never be free-roaming with a dog they won't get on with. We take their safety very seriously.

Next to training, our biggest priority is keeping the place tidy and sanitary. We use pet-safe, nontoxic, kennel-rated cleaning products throughout the facility.

Holiday boarding books up — reserve early

Holiday weeks are our busiest, they carry a surcharge, and availability is limited. If you know you're travelling over a holiday, get your dates in early rather than late — we do fill up, and we'd rather find you a space now than turn you away in December.

Training while your dog boards

If you want the stay to do more than pass the time, we can add training to a boarding booking. It's the same approach we use in camp, fitted around however long your dog is with us. Ask when you book.

Every dog starts with a free evaluation

All pups must come in for a free evaluation before any daycare or boarding can be scheduled. It's how we learn your dog, and it's how we decide which group they belong in.

Whether we can take your dog for boarding or daycare is decided case by case at that evaluation — you don't have to have trained with us first.

Easy to reach, close to the airport

We're in the Bayview at 80 Elmira St, close to all major freeways with plenty of parking — and a short drive from San Francisco International Airport, which matters if you're boarding your dog before a flight.

Common questions

Does my dog have to have trained with you first?

No. It's decided case by case at the free evaluation.

Will my dog be loose with other dogs?

Only with dogs of similar size, age and temperament, and always supervised. Never with a dog they won't get on with.

Do you give updates while my dog is boarding?

Yes. A manager is always on the floor — email us and we'll come back to you as soon as we can.

Can my dog be trained while boarding?

Yes, that's one of the things that makes us different. Ask when you book.

What do I need before my dog's first visit?

A free evaluation, and up-to-date vaccinations.

How much is boarding or daycare?
